About the Role
We’re proud of the exceptional service we deliver to our customers nationwide, and we’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Service Coordinator to help keep everything running like clockwork.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the central connection point between our Service Technicians, Service Agents, customers and internal teams. If you love organisation, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy being the person who makes things happen, this role is made for you.
Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, technician efficiency, and the overall success of our Service operation.
What you’ll be doing
As the heartbeat of our Service team, you’ll:
- Schedule and coordinate Service Technicians and Service Agents across Australia, ensuring smart route planning and efficient use of time
- Coordinate stock-take activities and ensure accurate service documentation
- Create, enter, update, and close service job sheets with precision and care
- Actively monitor the Service Order Queue and ensure customer requests are actioned promptly
- Be a friendly, professional first point of contact for service enquiries via phone, email, and web
- Communicate clearly and proactively with customers to book service appointments and provide updates
- Manage Repair and Breakdown Service Jobs within the Service Management System
- Support Technical Service and Support teams as part of a highly collaborative Service function
- Follow up with customers regarding preventative maintenance and outstanding service jobs
What you bring
You’re organised, adaptable, and customer-focused, someone who stays calm under pressure and takes pride in doing things well.
Your experience and skills include:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Leadership & Management, Services or a minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a similar coordination role
- A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in scheduling, team planning, and customer service
- Experience using online rostering or service management systems
- Salesforce CRM experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional approach
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, improve, and grow

About the Role
Are you a hands-on creative problem solver who loves colour, texture, and helping customers bring jaw-dropping visual concepts to life?
Then you might be the DIMENSE Print Application Specialist we’re looking for!
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for our textured printing technology, guiding customers, training partners, troubleshooting, inventing applications, and helping the industry push boundaries. You’ll mix technical knowledge with creativity, all while supporting sales teams and customers across Australia and the APAC region.
This is a role for someone who thrives on innovation, hands-on work, and seeing their efforts come to life in stunning commercial interiors, retail environments, and creative décor installations.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the face (and brain!) of DIMENSE across APAC, empowering customers, showcasing technology, and ensuring every installation looks incredible.
Technical Expertise
- Install, configure, and optimise DIMENSE printing systems for new and existing customers.
- Conduct media testing, sample production, profiling, and textured output calibration.
- Troubleshoot issues related to print quality, media handling, and texture/relief channel performance.
- Keep up-to-date with compliance standards for commercial wallcoverings, including fire rating and durability.
Customer Training & Enablement
- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for print operators, designers, and partners.
- Develop helpful guides, tips, best-practice documents, and application workflows.
- Support pilot projects and sample production to help customers ramp up quickly.
Innovation & Product Improvement
- Provide insights on customer needs, media performance, and creative trends.
- Work with Product, Sales, and Marketing to expand our media library and application ideas.
- Report on wins, challenges, and opportunities to continuously improve DIMENSE technology.
What You Bring
You’re passionate about print, texture, design, and hands-on technical work and you love helping others succeed.
Essential
- Experience in large-format digital printing, wallpaper production, or specialty graphics.
- Strong understanding of RIP software, colour management, and print workflows.
- Confident communicator who can engage both creatives and technical operators.
- Ability to manage travel across the APAC region and juggle multiple projects.
Desirable
- Experience in textured printing, UV/latex systems, or wallcovering media.
- Graphic design, finishing, or installation experience.
- Training delivery or content development skills.
- Knowledge of interior standards (fire safety, abrasion resistance, environmental ratings).

Management Accountant
About the Role
Are you a detail-loving finance professional who enjoys turning numbers into stories and insights that drive smart business decisions? In this hands-on and dynamic role, you’ll partner closely with our CFO, Managing Director, and department leaders — providing financial clarity, insight, and innovation that make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of our finance function — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting strategic growth.
Expect to:
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting each month, quarter, and year.
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities alongside our CFO and MD.
- Prepare tax returns and regulatory filings with precision and care.
- Monitor finance department activities to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Partner with other departments to align business goals with financial realities.
- Drive process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.
What You Bring
You’re a numbers person with a people-first mindset — someone who loves the challenge of solving problems, improving systems, and making an impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification (or working towards one) is a bonus.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance (including 2+ in management accounting advantageous).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems.
- Exposure to global reporting structures advantageous.
- Ability to lead and mentor a small finance team.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
- Attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- A proactive, curious, and solutions-driven mindset.
